After School Program

Registration for the SK – 8th Grade Core After School Program and Specialized Classes will open on Tuesday, August 17 at 12 pm.  Although there is no charge for the SK – 8th Grade Core After School Program, registration is required.  Space will be limited by division (Primary School, Lower School and Middle School) in order to keep in line with Covid Safety Protocols.  Please feel free to view the Fall 2021 After School Specialized Class Schedule. Registration will be through UltraCamp if you would like to familiarize yourself before registration opens. Registration for the PK-JK Extended Day Program will also open on Tuesday, August 17 at 12 pm. Please register here. If you've previously registered for bus service or athletics, you have an UltraCamp account and do not need to create a new one to register for After School classes.

 

CORE AFTER SCHOOL REGISTRATION

You must register your child for Core After School Fall Session II. Being enrolled in Fall Session I does not guarantee a reserved spot for Fall Session II. Registration can be completed on the UltraCamp website. If you've previously registered for bus service or athletics, you have an UltraCamp account and do not need to create a new one to register for After School classes.

Deadline for requests for Financial Assistance – Tuesday, October 12th

The current Core After School Registered students are enrolled until Thursday, Dec. 16th.  The Winter Session will be opening soon and can be completed on the UltraCamp website. If you've previously registered for bus service or athletics, you have an UltraCamp account and do not need to create a new one to register for After School classes.

 

HOLIDAY SESSION DEADLINES

Registration opens - Monday, November 8th at noon

Registration ends – Wednesday, November 17th at noon

 

Holiday Session After School Specialized Classes

• To register, visit the UltraCamp website. If you have previously registered for milk, hot lunch, bus service or athletics you do not need to create a NEW UltraCamp login to register for After School classes. First-time users will need to set up an account.

• Payment must be made at the time of registration in order to reserve space in the class. 

• Core After School and Specialized Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• You will receive automated confirmation of your registered classes. If you do not receive confirmation please return to the UltraCamp website and check your registration information. You are only registered if you receive a confirmation (via email) of your class schedule.

• We will contact you only if a class is cancelled due to low enrollment.

 

Financial Assistance

• There is no financial assistance available for the Holiday Session.

 

Payment Policies

Payment by credit card or e-check payments will be accepted. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you.

Winter Session I 2022

There will be no Core After School from January 4th - January 7th due to a shortage in staffing because of our Loyola Work Study Students’ Winter Break schedule.   We will, however, supervise students before their basketball and musical practices from Jan. 4th – 7th.

We will resume Core and Specialized Classes on Monday, January 10th.

Registration is required for Core After School.
