*Please note that most books and many supplies are included in the cost of tuition.
**The Activity Fee covers the cost of local field trips, participation in interscholastic sports, the Core After School Program, and selected extracurricular arts activities, including Liturgical Choir and the school play.
Smart Tuition
There is a $40 sign up fee per family.

Once your account is set up, Smart Tuition will provide you with a secure Username and Password to access your online account. Smart Tuition provides parents with many payment options and the ability to review their tuition balance at any time. Payments are posted within 24 hours of receipt.
Smart Tuition Payment Options
Tuition and fees may be paid in one of two ways:
- Ten Monthly Installments: Payments due on the first of each month, beginning May 1, 2013 and ending February 1, 2014.
- Two Semi-Annual Installments: Equal payments due on July 1, 2013 and December 1, 2014.
Payments can be made online, by phone, automatic deduction or through mail (credit card or check).
Miscellaneous Fees
2nd Grade Retreat Day: $50 (estimated)
6th Grade Ropes: $135 (estimated)
7th Grade Confirmation: $100 (estimated) and U.S. Space Camp; Huntsville, AL: $950 (estimated)
8th Grade Graduation: $100 (estimated) and Washington DC: $1,125 (estimated)
Financial Aid is available to qualifying students.

After School Care (Included in Activity Fee)
Daily care until 6 pm.
After School Classes (optional)
A variety of After School enrichment classes are offered. Options change several times each year. Costs vary. Financial Aid is available to qualifying students.
Uniforms
All students are required to wear school uniforms, which are available through several local vendors. Enrolled families are sent specific uniform requirements and vendor information each summer. Gently used uniforms are made available to interested families at no cost through a school-sponsored uniform exchange each August.
Summer at Sacred Heart (optional)
Sacred Heart’s summer camp provides recreational and academic opportunities for students during six weeks of summer vacation. Students may enroll for all six weeks or choose the weeks that best fit their schedules. Approximately $200 - $350 per session (some exceptions), depending on the length of day and activities selected.
