Sacred Heart uses an admissions portal to guide families through the complete application and enrollment process.

Upon creating your portal account and submitting your application, you will see your personal checklist of requirements.

Within your admissions checklist, you will designate a teacher, caregiver, or principal (depending on grade level) to fill out the recommendation form.

Students applying to grades 1-8 will also be asked to provide recent report cards and results from any standardized testing if available.

During the process you will be invited to meet with a member of the Admissions Team to share information about your family, discuss the process, and ask your questions.

All parents/guardians are encouraged to attend.

During the applicant meeting, a member of the Admissions team will meet briefly with your child for some simple, age-appropriate play activities while we hear more from you. Anticipate a relaxed, unpressured experience. 

The visit will also include time in our Sacred Heart classrooms, giving your child the chance to meet teachers and take part in the activities happening that day. We ask that a parent or guardian accompany your child for the scheduled visit.

For students entering grades 1-8, we may be able to waive this step for applicants who can provide strong standardized test scores from their current school or from a recognized testing agency.
