Apply to Grades 1-8
Sacred Heart welcomes many new students into grades 1-8 each year.
The number of openings varies from year to year depending on attrition of current students. The Admissions Team will usually have specific information to share in March after the re-enrollment process is complete.
Step 1
Apply
There is no fee to apply. Submit your application via Ravenna.
We encourage families to apply as soon as possible to ensure a prompt response as openings occur.
Application Due: Rolling
Step 3
Parent Meeting
Available most weekdays, October through April
Meet with a member of the Admissions Team to share information about your family, discuss the admissions process, and ask your questions.
All parents/guardians are encouraged to attend.
Step 4
Applicant Meeting
Available most weekdays, January through April
Your child will meet individually with a member of the Admissions Team. We may be able to waive this step for applicants who can provide strong standardized test scores from their current school or from a recognized testing agency.
Step 5
Class Visit
This step is by invitation only.
At the end of the admissions process, applicants are invited to visit for a day with their grade-level peers. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet students and faculty, participate in classroom activities, and become acquainted with a typical school day.
Decision Notification
Notification is rolling as applicant files are completed and spaces become available. Enrollment agreements are typically due one week following notification.
