Our JK continues the joyful environment of preschool while building upon children's growing curiosity and confidence. Children enrolled in JK will move seamlessly on to SK the following year, no further admissions process will be required.
Applicants to JK will be 4 years old by September 1, 2025.
Apply to SK
Our SK program expands to bring together children from our JK and many other excellent preschools across Chicago. The Regular Decision option allows families to apply now for our 2024-25 SK program.
Applicants to SK Regular Decision will be 5 years old by September 1, 2025.
If you are a member of a preschool community other than Sacred Heart's and would like to reserve a space in our 2025-26 SK program, we encourage you to apply now via Early Decision. Children receiving early acceptance remain at their current preschool for it's 4-year-old program while parents are assured a space is waiting for their child in Sacred Heart's SK the following year.
Applicants to SK Early Decision will by 5 years old by September 1, 2026.

Send Teacher Rec
In Ravenna, delegate a teacher or care-giver to fill out the recommendation form.
Step 3
Parent Meeting
Meet with a member of the Admissions Team to share information about your family, discuss the process, and ask your questions.
All parents/guardians are encouraged to attend.
Step 4
Applicant Meeting
Available weekday mornings, October through February
Your child will meet with a member of the Admissions Team for 20-30 minutes to complete a few simple, age-appropriate activities. Anticipate a relaxed, unpressured experience.
