"Wherever you go, whatever road you may travel, Alumni Weekend 2021 - Save the Date
On October 15-17, 2021, we will be hosting the first ever Silver and Gold Alumni Weekend. As many of you know, we were unable to have guests on campus last fall. As we slowly re-open our campus to visitors, we will be inviting alums who will/would have celebrated their 25th reunions and 50th reunions - alumni from 1995 and 1996 and from 1970 and 1971.
Stay tuned for details on the weekend events. Seiker Award Nominations Do you know of an exceptional Sheridan Road alum who exemplifies the Sacred Heart mission and its Goals and Criteria? If so, please submit a nomination for the Sr. Catherine I. Seiker, RSCJ Award, the highest alumnae/alumni recognition bestowed upon our alums. The deadline for all nominations is June 1.
For a list of all past recipients, please visit our website here.
Save the Date - Alumni Giving Day Mark your calendars for June 11, the Feast of the Sacred Heart and Alumni Giving Day. Once again, we will be sharing videos, photos and touching words from our alumni and past parent community. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to make an honorary gift in honor of Nat Wilburn, Head of Schools, who will be concluding his 17-year tenure on Sheridan Road upon conclusion of the academic year.
If you would like to submit a video about the importance of Sacred Heart to your life, why you support the school and encourage others to do so, please email Ann Chiumino for instructions. As Mr. Wilburn concludes his time on Sheridan Road, we wish him all the best in his new role as Head of the Conference of Sacred Heart Education beginning on July 1, 2021.
Nat Wilburn Appointed to Sacred Heart Network Leadership Role As Mr. Wilburn concludes his time on Sheridan Road, we wish him all the best in his new role as Head of the Conference of Sacred Heart Education beginning July 1, 2021. Mr. Wilburn will replace Sr. Suzanne Cooke, RSCJ, who assumes the role of Provincial of the United States-Canada Province.

Alumni Community Service ![]() A huge thank you to Gabe G. H'19 and Aidan K. H'19, who provided much needed medical supplies to the Salvation Army Evangeline Booth Lodge. With the assistance of Ms. Salas at Sacred Heart, alums have been finding ways to our service partners in their time of greatest need. On February 18, Sacred Heart's 8th grade Alumni Ambassadors and members of the Sheridan Road Alumni Association (SRAA) got together over Zoom to put together sack lunches for Sarah's Circle. The next day, more than 150 lunches were delivered to this amazing organization that provides services to homeless women in Chicago. ![]() If you are an alum and have an idea for a community service project, or just want to get involved through the SRAA, please contact Ann Chiumino.
