Step 1

Once you have downloaded the app, you will be prompted to sign-in using your Blackbaud /MySchoolApp credentials.

Once logged in, across the top of the screen, you can click into posts to read the latest updates from NewsNotes.

Step 3

Below, you will see upcoming events from the school calendars.

At the bottom of the screen, select 'Calendars' to see upcoming events .

To select which calendars you would like the app to display, press the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the screen.

This will take you to a pop-up screen, prompting you to turn on/off the calendars you would like to see.

Select 'Directory' from the bottom panel. Once open. press the 'Sacred Heart Schools' button in the center of the screen. 

Step 2

On the next page, press 'Search people'

Step 3

Here you can toggle between the Faculty/Staff Directory and the Parent Directory. You can click on a person's name to see more details/contact information

Select 'More' from the bottom panel.

Step 2

On this page, you can find additional resources- including health forms, Heart of the Matter Blog, and other recent communications.
