Before School
Sacred Heart Schools offers an early drop-off starting at 7:30 am on school days for SK-8 students free of charge. Students may enter the school on Rosemont Ave.
After School
Specialized After School Classes are offered from 4:00 - 5:00pm Monday-Thursday and from 3:00 - 4:00 pm on Fridays. Students enrolled in a Specialized After School Class will go to the Core After School program at the end of the school day until their instructor picks them up for class. Once classes conclude, a dismissal is offered on Rosemont Ave. from 5:05 - 5:20pm. Should you need to pick up your child sooner, please go through the Portry.
Core After School is the after-school program serving students from Senior Kindergarten through 8th grade from the end of the school day until 6:00 pm. In partnership with the Loyola Federal Work Study program, Sacred Heart students are provided an afternoon of homework support and fun activities in a safe environment. There is no fee or sign-up required for Core After School. However, we encourage families to communicate with the teachers about their students' dismissal.
We ask that parents send their students with a snack along with weather appropriate clothing, as we spend most afternoons outside.
Late Pickup Fee Policy: For your child’s security and out of respect for the staff, parents must pick up their children by 6:00 pm. or a late fee will be implemented. The late fee is $25 for the first 15 minutes and $3 for every additional minute after the first 15 minutes per family.
